Spotlight on a  special WEBSITE

Have you heard about the Caring Bridge?  Several of our patients have told us that this is an awesome way to connect with others and share information.  This is a family-centered service that you can use to very easily set up your own website (sounds intimidating to all of us who feel technologically challenged doesn’t it?).  But there is a very easy 3 step process that the site will walk you through and it doesn’t require any special equipment except for a computer that is connected to the internet.  Oh and there is no charge for it either.

You can personalize your own free website so that your family and friends can visit so that they can read your updates and leave you messages of support.  There are also stories from other patients you can read just by visiting the main site.

The Caring Bridge is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1997.  To check it out go to:  www.caringbridge.org
