Points to consider regarding organic foods:

A food that you eat daily is more important to consider buying organic than something you eat only occasionally.

It is more important to eat 5-10 servings of fruits/vegetables each day than to limit consumption because of higher cost or lower availability of organic products.

The definition of organic and how food producers may try to get around regulations makes it a murky area so don’t feel badly if you don’t choose organic.
