Compression Garment Fitting

· You will be professionally fitted for a compression garment.  We send the prescription to the distributor who will send the sleeve directly to your house.

You will receive an Integrative Treatment Plan that may include:

· Guided imagery (includes a CD)

· Self massage techniques

· Meditation (includes a CD)

· Link to a yoga program suitable for you

· Diaphragmatic breathing

· Exercise program specific for those at risk for or diagnosed with lymphedema, or post breast cancer surgery (increase range of motion)

How long does it take to complete?

-On average, we spend a little over an hour together.

What if I have concerns after completing the program?

-I am always available by phone for additional questions or concerns.  We may also meet in person for further sessions if that is needed.

How much does this cost?

-There is no fee for the program. The cost for the  compression garments is covered by most insurance companies.
