These are suggestions to get you started:

2. Read Illusions, Perceptions and Awareness Introduction and complete the "Illusion" exercises.

3. Listen to Illusions, Perceptions and Awareness on Disc 1 Track 2.

4. Listen to Journey Through the Body on Disc 1 Track 3. You may find it beneficial to listen to this daily and/or during treatments.

5. Read the collection of Inspiring Poetry.

6. Keep a notebook with you while going through the exercises for your thoughts, poetry or stories; for you sketches, doodles or artistry; and for things to remember, people, places or things.
