This is your GUIDE to help you use the Mindful Awareness Study Program at your own pace, when and wherever you would like. These are suggestions to get you started:
1. Listen to the Introduction to Mindful Awareness on Disc 1 Track 1. 2. Read Illusions, Perceptions and Awareness Introduction and complete the "Illusion" exercises. 3. Listen to Illusions, Perceptions and Awareness on Disc 1 Track 2. 4. Listen to Journey Through the Body on Disc 1 Track 3. You may find it beneficial to listen to this daily and/or during treatments. 5. Read the collection of Inspiring Poetry. 6. Keep a notebook with you while going through the exercises for your thoughts, poetry or stories; for you sketches, doodles or artistry; and for things to remember, people, places or things. 7. Disc 2 is an introduction to the practice of silent meditation for those who would like to continue their practice.
